1. WARRANTY & LIFETIME SUPPORT
At FH Assistive Tech, we stand firmly behind the quality, craftsmanship, and reliability of our products. We are committed to empowering your independence with solutions you can trust.
- 1-Year Standard Warranty: All products purchased directly from our official store come with a 1-Year Standard Warranty covering any manufacturing defects or quality issues under normal use, starting from the date of delivery.
- Lifetime Quality Assistance: Our care for your family extends far beyond the expiration of the warranty. If you experience any inherent quality issues or structural defects related to the product itself—no matter how much time has passed since your purchase—please reach out to our dedicated customer support team (fei@fhassistivetech.com). We promise to work closely with you to evaluate the situation and help find a practical, satisfactory solution.
2. RETURNS FOR NON-QUALITY REASONS
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, if you wish to return an item due to personal preference, color choice, or change of mind (reasons unrelated to product quality), the following policy strictly applies:
- Product Condition Required: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, brand-new condition with absolutely no signs of human-inflicted damage, alteration, or wear and tear. It must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories and manuals.
- Shipping & Freight Costs: For all non-quality related returns, the customer is fully responsible for arranging and paying for both the outward (original) shipping costs and the return shipping fees back to our designated warehouse.
- 50% Restocking & Processing Fee: Due to the highly specialized and heavy-duty nature of assistive hardware, every returned item requires meticulous technical teardown, safety testing, and complete repacking at our facility before it can be restocked. Because these mandatory procedures incur exceptionally high administrative and labor costs, we will deduct a 50% restocking fee and refund 50% of the original product purchase price back to your original payment method upon successful warehouse inspection.
