1. WARRANTY & LIFETIME SUPPORT

1-Year Standard Warranty: All products purchased directly from our official store come with a 1-Year Standard Warranty covering any manufacturing defects or quality issues under normal use, starting from the date of delivery.

Lifetime Quality Assistance: Our care for your family extends far beyond the expiration of the warranty. If you experience any inherent quality issues or structural defects related to the product itself—no matter how much time has passed since your purchase—please reach out to our dedicated customer support team. We promise to work closely with you to evaluate the situation and help find a practical, satisfactory solution.
2. RETURNS FOR PERSONAL REASONS (CHANGE OF MIND)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that personal preferences, comfort levels, or circumstances can sometimes change. If you wish to return an item for reasons unrelated to product quality (such as personal preference, color choice, or change of mind), the following policy applies:

Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, brand-new condition. It must show no signs of human-inflicted damage, alteration, or wear and tear, and must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories and manuals.

Shipping & Freight Costs: For all non-quality related returns, the customer is responsible for both the actual return shipping costs and the initial outbound shipping fees incurred during delivery.

Restocking & Handling Fees (50% Refund): Due to the specialized and hygienic nature of assistive hardware and daily care products, every returned item requires meticulous technical inspection, safety testing, sanitario-sanitary checking, and complete repacking at our warehouse before it can be restocked. These mandatory procedures incur exceptionally high administrative and labor costs. Therefore, upon successful warehouse inspection and approval, we will issue a 50% refund of the original product purchase price back to your original payment method.
3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To ensure a smooth and safe return process, please do not send items back to the return address on your shipping label without prior confirmation.

Our team will review your request and provide you with the correct warehouse return address and specific packaging instructions within 24–48 hours.

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed automatically within 5-7 business days.
